Subscriptions & Refunds
This page explains how paid plans and unit packs work in NutaChat and how to cancel or ask for a refund. It is part of our Terms of Use. Current plans and prices are shown in the app and in your app store.
The seller of subscriptions and unit packs is Revstream LLC, the developer of NutaChat (see Terms, section 1). Payments in the App Store and Google Play are collected by Apple or Google, which also handle refunds for them.
1. What you can buy
- Subscriptions (monthly) credit a set number of units at the start of each billing period and unlock plan features: all models, no watermark, face profiles and voices where the plan includes them, a larger storage quota and higher usage limits. Unused subscription units do not roll over to the next period.
- Unit packs are one-time purchases. Units from packs do not expire while your account exists, and are used after your subscription units.
Units have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. See Units in the Terms.
2. Automatic renewal
- App Store: payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Google Play: the subscription is billed through Google Play and renews automatically; payment is charged 24 hours before the period ends.
3. How to cancel
- iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → NutaChat → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → NutaChat → Cancel.
After cancelling, the plan and its units stay active until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app or your NutaChat account does not cancel a subscription.
4. Refunds
Purchases in the app are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds are decided by them under their policies:
- App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, or see Apple's support article “Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple”.
- Google Play: you can request a refund in Google Play within 48 hours of purchase (Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history), or through Google's refund request page. After 48 hours, contact us at support@nuta.chat with the order number (it starts with “GPA.”); we review such requests case by case and can issue refunds for Google Play orders.
We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves, because Apple holds the payment.
When a purchase is refunded, the units it gave you that are still unused are removed from your balance, and a refunded subscription period ends. Units already spent are not restored.
5. If something went wrong
- Failed or blocked generation: units are returned automatically. You can see every charge and refund in the unit history in your Profile.
- Purchase not showing: tap “Restore purchases” in the app with the same Apple ID or Google account. If that does not help, write to support@nuta.chat.
- Unexpected result: AI output varies, and a result you do not like is not in itself grounds for a refund, but tell us if a result is clearly broken (for example, an empty or corrupted file) and we will look into it.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits rights you have under consumer law. Consumers in the EEA and the UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases, which ends once you start using the purchased content or service with your consent; units you have not used at all can be refunded within that period. Where a law gives you a right to a refund, we will honour it.
