Content Policy
NutaChat is a creative tool. These rules keep it safe for you and for the people who appear in your prompts, photos and results. They are part of our Terms of Use and apply to prompts, uploads, chat messages, face profiles, voices and results.
1. What is not allowed
Child safety: zero tolerance
- Any sexual content involving minors, content that sexualises minors, or depicts children in sexual, suggestive or abusive contexts, including fictional, drawn or AI-generated depictions.
- Grooming, or content that facilitates the exploitation of children.
We remove such content, ban the account immediately and report it to the competent authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
Sexual content and nudity
- Nudity, pornography and sexually explicit content of any person, real or fictional.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery: “undressing” photos, sexualised edits of real people, or intimate images shared without consent.
Real people, faces and voices
- Using another person's face, photo or voice without their consent, including in face profiles and custom voices.
- Deepfakes: realistic images, video or audio of real people, and in particular public figures, doing or saying things they did not do or say, or that could mislead others.
- Impersonating a person, company, brand or authority, or creating fake documents, IDs, screenshots or evidence.
- Content that humiliates, harasses, defames or exposes private information (doxxing) about a real person.
Violence, hate and dangerous content
- Graphic violence, gore, torture and cruelty to people or animals.
- Promotion or glorification of terrorism, violent extremism or extremist symbols and organisations.
- Hate speech, discrimination or harassment based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or similar characteristics.
- Encouraging suicide, self-harm or eating disorders.
- Instructions for weapons capable of mass harm, making drugs, or other serious crimes.
Deception, fraud and illegal use
- Scams, phishing, fraud, spam and election or health disinformation.
- Malware or content meant to compromise systems.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including uploading material you have no right to use.
- Anything else illegal in your country or the country of the person affected.
Misuse of the service
- Trying to bypass moderation, for example with misspellings, coded language or split prompts.
- Creating multiple accounts to obtain free units or avoid a ban; automated access; reselling access.
2. How we enforce the rules
- Before generation, prompts and form fields are checked automatically. Requests that match prohibited categories are rejected, and no units are charged.
- After generation, generated images are checked automatically for nudity. Results that fail are blocked and the units are returned. Selfies for face profiles are checked the same way.
- Reports from users are reviewed by our team.
Automatic checks are not perfect. They can miss prohibited content or block harmless requests. Rephrasing a harmless request usually helps; deliberately working around the checks to create prohibited content is a violation.
3. How to report content
- In the app: open the result, tap More → Report, choose a reason and optionally add a comment. The result is hidden for you immediately; you can see hidden items in Profile → Blocked content. Reports go to our moderation queue.
- By email: write to abuse@nuta.chat, especially to report content about you (for example a deepfake or intimate image), or anything involving a child. Include what the content shows, where you saw it and, if possible, a screenshot. Do not send us sexual images of minors; describe them instead.
- Copyright: see the copyright complaints section of the Terms.
We aim to review reports within 48 hours; reports about child safety and non-consensual intimate imagery are handled first.
4. Consequences
- A result that breaks the rules is removed.
- Each confirmed violation counts against the account. After three confirmed violations the account is banned.
- Severe violations, including any content sexualising minors, non-consensual intimate imagery and credible threats, lead to an immediate ban and, where required or appropriate, a report to law enforcement.
- Units spent on content removed for a violation are not refunded, and units on a banned account are forfeited, except where the law requires otherwise.
5. Appeals
If you think a request was rejected, a result removed or your account restricted by mistake, email abuse@nuta.chat with the subject “Appeal”, the email, phone or sign-in method linked to your account, and a short explanation. A person who was not involved in the original decision will review it and reply, as a rule within 14 days. If we reverse the decision, we restore the account or content where possible and return units charged in error.
Users in the European Union may also have the right to use an out-of-court dispute settlement body or bring the matter before a court.
